ZOLIX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes of cloud cost optimization, subject to these Terms.
The Service and its recommendations are provided "AS IS". While our C2O AI Engine strives for high accuracy, ZOLIX does not warrant that the results will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before implementation.
In no event shall ZOLIX, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
