Part 1: Security Policy

At ZOLIX CLOUD INFRA SERVICES LLC, security is the foundation of our platform. We understand that cloud financial data is highly sensitive, which is why we have engineered our systems to meet the strictest enterprise security standards.

1. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

The ZOLIX C2O Engine operates on a strict Zero-Knowledge principle. We only require read-only access to your cloud provider's billing metadata and telemetry APIs. We do not have access to your application source code, customer databases, or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

2. Data Encryption

  • In Transit: All data transmitted between your infrastructure and ZOLIX is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocols.
  • At Rest: All stored metadata is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

3. Compliance & Certifications

ZOLIX is fully compliant with global security frameworks. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification, ensuring our security controls are continuously audited and verified by independent third parties. We also adhere to GDPR, ISO 27001, and DPDPA standards.
