This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our cloud cost optimization platform and related services (the "Service").

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and contact details.
  • Cloud Metadata (Read-Only): To provide our optimization services, you grant us read-only access to your cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) billing and usage metadata. Crucially, we DO NOT access, scrape, or store your proprietary application code, customer databases, or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) hosted within your cloud environments.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect diagnostic and usage information regarding how you interact with our dashboard to improve the C2O Engine.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and secure the ZOLIX AI platform.
  • To generate accurate, mathematically proven cost optimization and rightsizing recommendations.
  • To communicate with you regarding technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (Sub-processors) who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., secure hosting, email delivery). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. We retain your cloud metadata only for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data is securely purged from our active systems within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer.
